I grew up with both cats and dogs. I would have to say I'm more of a cat person because cats are so independent. The only cat that I would not want is the hairless cat (such as the Sphynx) because...well, they're ugly (no offense to anyone or any Sphynx cat who might be reading this!
). But I do love dogs, too. I just think it is so much easier to take care of a cat than a dog - except when it comes to baths. Giving a cat a bath *shudder* - I'd rather eat liver and onions (ew).
