Hate it?? It is best invention they ever came up with.. Before VRS (TTY, Captel, etc) god!! it was painfully slow and hate using phone.. now with this VRS VCO, i enjoy talking people on phone in REAL TIME without waiting for response..
Unfortunately sometime, I hate the waiting time for interpreter to answer calls. Sometime I have to wait 2-5 minutes.. Grrrr.. We need more interpreters!!!
