Medi-Cal/Medi-Care pays for it (top surgery) since me and my wife are unemployed but still looking for work soon after my top surgery done first.... BUT for the bottom surgery we will have to pay for it ourselves, so once we get a job either way, we will save $$$ for our surgeries. UGH!!!!
