When I was pregnant with my son, theme was Looney Tunes.
If pregnant again one day (dunno if I will), theme will be in Stars/moon/sun (my favorite) and it is perfect for either boy or girl. Then when baby grows up, she/he can choose his favorites.
My son wanted orange room but I will paint in blue and add some orange. And decorate in trains themes cuz he loves trains!
