Pinky -- I went thru same thing you do in September 2000. I was so pissed becasue I am lactose for 17 years and my roomies ingored my needs.
I lost the list of food diet for lactose. I wish I can find somewhere online or any of you know the list, please do. I still had problem in wrong days.
