Well, did all the schools teach teens about the laws ? What did all the schools teach them ? I don't think the teens know alot about the laws that they shouldn't be doing. Same thing for small children, they don't know nothin' about the laws as well. Both teens and small children don't have any concept of how to control their " bridle " around the horse's mouth just like most adults do. Adults know better than teens and small children. |
