I understand, and to a point agree with you if you mean getting a conceal carry permit. But for
general gun ownership, that's a
right, not a privilege, unlike a driver's license or college degree.
I guess I'm just sensitive to anything that sounds like "selected" groups of people. If you didn't mean it that way, then I'm cool with it.
