I'm kind of sick of people only seeing this as a "gay movie." It's a great movie with a touching plot that many people could enjoy or even relate to (regardless of their orientation). I mean, is every movie with Will Smith or Denzel Washington a "black movie"? Are interracial couples the only people allowed to watch Save the Last Dance? Will watching that movie automatically make you start falling in love with people outside of your race?
I think people need to lighten up and realize that just because a movie has gay characters, that doesn't mean straight people can't watch it. And even if someone "doesn't believe"

in homosexual relationships, they could still enjoy the movie...I've watched movies that center around behaviors I don't agree with, like drugs (ie Blow), prostitution/murder (ie Monster), and racism (Monster's Ball), but I still enjoyed the movies. Arrrghhh
That aside, Brokeback Mountain was a very good movie...I cried like a baby at the end
