We have FiOS TV. We are not happy with HDTV BOX (Motorola QIP6414-2 because poor qualtiy CC. Too fast CC that we can't read 7 words in less 1 second. Captions get skipped or appear too late and vanish immediately. Also, some are fine but poor quality read like fad texts.

Yesterday morning, Verizon Tech person came here to see. He understand why..... He think that Motorola is not very good for us. I asked him about TIVO HD. He does not know much about Tivo.

Any deaf people has good experience TIVO HD?
