Once they get started it goes on and on because he's afraid of being found out and punished. He felt ownership of own kid. but to do that to your own for 24 years....to take the prime of her life. teh abuse had started at 11....7 years before the cellar. That's 31 years........to take a whole life.....of mental torture.
