Very. It's washable. I forget the type of cloth, but it's very soft. I want to say velvet, but that's probably not it. I also use it to clean my moniter, too. I love the thing!
You will probably be given a hit to take care of your glasses. I was given the cloth, a case, and cleaning solution.
