You can click on User name in a thread (any thread) and it should have a pop up list near by the user name like "View public profile, send private message to (name of user), Find more posts by (name of user) etc".
If this didn't work. You can go view profile of the user, click on Statistics and you can find the posts from the user or threads from the user.
