UPDATE: In LIB-CITY AKA NYC, I am currently work for Play-box as serve right now.
I found the high speed performance street race cars in penthouse which is car store dealer named Galilo (sp)., it called F360 is known TURISMO on bismarck Ave. and Pyrite Ave. in ALGONQUIN AREA which is NYC, plus I did find the Super-bike NAG 900 somewhere in the Algonquin locations. If you don't done with some missions of story-line. You must done with the BI/Lesbo Elisabeth's some missions in Bohan. She will call you on cell phone before she invite you come over her big party, then she will introduce you her friend (dude black guy) named "play-box" at her place in bohan before you take him heading ALGONQUIN aka NYC/LIBERTY CITY where he live there, which will be unlock.

Ive stolen 4 versions of the Sabre (a 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo/1985 Pontiac Grand Prix cross)
1) plain stock Sabre
2) Sabre 550SS hot rod
3) beat-up plain Sabre with no front fenders, rust, and different wheels front and back Even the beat up Sabre will backfire! (HUGE smoke coming out of tailpipe)
4) Sabre with glass T-tops on the roof
The GTA III/VC/SA Sabre looks like a 1970 Chevy Chevelle and only GTA VC had just 2 versions of that Sabre (plain Jane and Sabre Turbo)
Even weird is each Sabre drives pretty different!
