I don't know what to say. I can't imagine children that young riding a bus alone for such long distances. Scary.
The idea of a bus driver taking a child off the bus and into a store is also scary. Who was watching the other kids in the bus? Who knows what else the driver might do when getting a child alone with him/her?
I hope you can find a better situation.
