You should only answer in three ways.
Strongly Agree
Strongly Disagree
Neutral (this one may not be used at all)
You're still answering honestly, but instead of saying "mostly" agree you just go up one and say "strongly agree" If you agree at all you STRONGLY agree.
I hope you get the job, people say bad things about wal-mart but if you work in the retail industry wal-mart is a good place to work. I've worked at wal-mart for the past year, so I can give you some advice if they hire you.
Keep talking to wal-mart, turnover is high, especially if you're in an area with a lot of college students, When the students leave for the summer some positions will open up.

In order to ensure that the reader answers the question with something valid instead of "neutral", they usually have 4 choices... strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree.
If they had neutral, then it's likely that a person will just breeze through the test by saying "neutral" all the way and the company would never get good reliable results.
However, you're right on the first two answers... since that's what increases your score. They would rather hear you say that you strongly agree that you like to work hard instead of just saying "agree" as if you don't really care.
