I hate hearing administrators who take over Deaf schools and won't consider the wishes and needs of the parents of Deaf children. Most of them are only interested in the budget and have no clue! They hire people that aren't right for the school, and they fire people that are good for the school. At least that is how it is in Oregon. They don't promote our Deaf school, and they automatically turn hearing parents toward mainstreaming and implants without informing them that there are other options.
