I know the feeling.
There are some students who transferred from Gallaudet to NTID, but still have that "Deaf Pride" attitude. There will always be someone like that out there.
One time, I brought up an issue in a local deaf student government meeting. Another deaf student tried to "shoot me down" saying that I had no right to bring it up since I'm not "deaf enough".
I would rather be in an environment where I am equally exposed to deaf and hearing people.
