Maybe, because appliances and packaged foods come with directions, pants and shirts some, too? Here's a line that'll need to be included: "Do not wash the pants in the washing machine while wearing." How about having someone like Mr. Rogers putting on his pants while singing a cute jingle? (I'd love to see a six-year old singing and teaching a 26-year old that jingle!)

In all honesty, I've watched people walking down the streets while wearing "saggy pants." They're, constantly, fussing over their pants, pulling and adjusting it nearly every few steps. It looks very uncomfortable and seems to be a huge waste of time and effort.

Don't get me wrong: I am very indifferent to "fashion statements" of the day and their wearers don't bother me. My impression of them might be unfavorable (I'd rather invest in clothing that are "timeless" in that they don't go out of fashion for a long time. It seems that fashion changes yearly.) In short, I'd think the person an immature fool. It's not illegal to be one nor is it illegal to believe another to be.

Now, if they could come out with a law banning fat wo/men wearing spandex, I'd be the first to host a pep rally!
