I am with you!!! .. Only way.. that I am find someone babysitter my girls.. so I can have chance to out hiking.. but Now I have treadmill and still problem because girls want walking on my treadmill
....walking on treadmill for one hour eveyday or every another day.. I got lost 20 lb.
Lot of fruits and Vegs... One glass juice or milk and 1 water gallon 80 oz per day!!
try avoid bread, rice pasta etc.. till you complete goal to number weight.. then can eat little
