Silk.. is what my daughter drinks (vanilla flavor) No she is not a vegetarian or such. She just hate the taste of milk and every time she would drink it she would get sick. It gags her..
She gets her calcium from yogurt and other alternative. I even have her take a calcium vitamin everyday.
