Arrow Deaf Marriage Research

Greetings,

My name is David Kingsbury, and I am a senior at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. I have a major in psychology and a supporting program in Deaf Culture studies. I am hearing, and my wife, Alison, is Deaf.

I am collecting data for my senior research project on what is important for marriage satisfaction in Deaf-Deaf couples and Deaf-hearing couples compared to hearing-hearing couples.

Whether you are Deaf or hearing, if you are married, please take a few moments to help me with my research. It should take less than 10 minutes of your time to answer my short survey. A husband and wife may each take the survey separately.

Please click here to take the survey.

Or copy and paste this link to your web browser:

You will not be identified by following this link.

Also, if you know any Deaf-Deaf married couples, Deaf-hearing married couples, or hearing-hearing married couples, you can help me find more by emailing this message to them. I especially need help finding more Deaf-hearing couples.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at

DeafMarriageResearch@comcast.net.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,

David S. Kingsbury
