Now, most stores are require proof of ID, even more tighter than in 2001.
When I bought M-rated video game at Best Buy then they asked me for ID or deny the sale, it's so recently and don't matters if you are young adult or older adult. At Wal-Mart, that where same store as work here, they don't ask me for ID because they know about me, also Target don't ask me either.
I had played GTA since 1998 when I was 10 years old.
All GTA series are M rated except for GTA 2 that's T rated for PS1 version.
