I understand. But OSHA would consider the time your kids are on recess to be breaks for you. Lunch time, too. I realize that that does not translate into actual breaks, especially for an overworked teacher. But OSHA would consider it to be compliant, because the opportunity for a break is availble to you. (Yeah, right! Guess they haven't spent much time in a classroom, huh?)
