After searching and searching for information on Deaf gathering and my local Deaf culture online, I think I have found something:
Deaf Services Bureau. I just sent them an email expressing my desire, as an ASL student, to interact with the local Deaf community and if the bureau can help me out. Now the wait for the reply. Yes!
