I have changed my phone number on the Sorenson VP screen more than once, so I know that can be done.

I do have the ability to call 911 from my Blackberry. I don't even have a phone plan, only a data-only plan. And even if I didn't, I could still call 911 from my Blackberry using the IP Relay and give out the home address.
