I wanted to get a few tats some months ago and now I am glad I didn't. You see I have the goal (as most of you know) of become a Terp one day. I do not think that being a Terp with a tat will help facilitate the interpretation process. I would not want the eyes of the Deaf/HOH person or audience to veer (a distraction) again and again to a tat on my arm (or other visable area) when I am interpreting. The tat would be a visual distraction.

Do you agree with that?
