AGBell/Tower C Mania -- found in blank and I hope you and others understand the reasoning behind the naming of the hall. It was dedicated by a relative of AGB. There is already a balance on NTID campus. There is no need to go biased on one side.
NTID already have speech therapy, CI supports, ASL etc etc... NTID caters to all walk of life with hearing loss regardless of communication modes.
