i got it now, they wont look at your parents' income if the person is independent from the parents as in paying his or her own living fees. I'm just going to give my parents 2g and tell them to use it for whatever i need to take care of like phone bills and so on. i checked in with a respentative from SSI and they said it'd be okay in tht case. so it's all goood.
and... how come Texas' covering all texans deaf individuals' college education fees? what about the other 49 states? o_o
