Apparently, after reading through the remarks/comments in the link that was provided, it shows that this individual was only 'joking' around and kidding. The comment made by Mr. Sandman; quoted on "November 17, 2007 at 1:59 pm" and "November 17, 2007 at 6:40 pm" inhere rings true...whereas I agree wholeheartedly.

As sick as this 'joke' is and despite the fact this person who created this joke is just kidding around, we never know whether any particular person doing so is really joking around or not, in other words, there are indeed some really 'sick' and 'demented' people out there...and also perhaps 'someone' else reading it might take it to heart and take that 'hate' and go into a Deaf community, not knowing what we could expect and that can be a frightful thought.

Joking around can be cool, but 'sick' jokes aren't. These 'sick' jokes can rub across a person in a 'wrong way'...initiating actions that could have been avoided in the first place if such 'sick' jokes wouldn't be allowed to be 'posted', however, such sites have their own 'rights' to do so, but folks like 'us' and anyone else who cherish peace and the courtesy to be respectful throughout the community, as in this case, in the Deaf community can voice (written, signed, etc.) our concerns when such 'sick jokes' are posted. Coming together as a whole community, we can truly make a difference.
