Everyone has pretty much covered the lists of what ticks us off.
In addition to this, I was also encountered with a question that threw me off for a moment. This happened to me twice, not once but twice.
"Would you like this in braille?"
I was boarding my connecting flight from Atlanta to SF, California and the stewardess asked me if I wanted to have something to read. Without thinking of what would come next, I said yeah it'd be fine to have something to read. The stewardess walked away and returned to me with a pamphlet that has braille on it. I was like, WTF??
So, of course, I politely reminded her that I didn't need a pamphlet with the braille on it.
The other incident was -- I was at McDonald ordering something from the menu and I requested for a pen/paper. The cashier gave me a menu which also was in braille. *shakes my head*
