Actually, the drunk driver was driving on a suspended license and no insurance too as well. He had his 6 year old daughter with him too in the pick-up truck. But the daughter was taken by his ex-wife before the cops arrived. A few months later, he was busted with 600 lbs of pot in his car. What happened? They dropped the charges.
