It's means a person who is not consider you as straight, homosexual, hetersexal, or any sexual otrainiastent (sp) because you are a person is a person, an ID person is an ID person, and YOU is YOU...as long as you don't feel so shame about your gender.  Perphas, it's a sort of "genderless" view.
