There is no legal age for babysitting.
It was either the parents' poor judgment for choosing those kids or those kids were sneaky and violated the parents' trust.
I have heard stories where female babysitters will have a guy come over after the kid goes to bed.
It's not a perfect world, but whatever happened... it shouldn't be blamed on Mortal Kombat. In fact, I think that excuse is the stupidest excuse I've ever heard in my life. It's like that guy who killed his daughter because of his Xbox 360.
