I have to agree with Secretblend but one has to remember that
at the time Congress voted for it. Now...Congress is against it because of the changes in represenative/senate seats.
I do find it ironic that some of our conservative allies, Israel and United Kingdom, have laws banning discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and we can't pass it.
Aren't we suppose to be a leader in human rights?
