Secretblend is right. Blame the Congress for that.
To me, no offense to anyone, I think this bill is useless; crime is crime, murder is murder, fight is fight, I just think the police officers and detectives weren't doing their jobs so well for the homosexuals.
I don't think there are amendment for the African-Americans during the 60's for racist, and most of the people change after the death of Martin Luther King Jr.
Plus, I don't think the homosexuals are the special people, they are just people. Stop your whining.
