Good God, I never knew this either, Thanks so much for the link. I'm so surprised the same time I don't even know what to say to this point on. Each life of baby should be respected rather the baby is deaf or not. This is so down-right ridiculous. We are God's gift and wiping us out on the face of earth is just so depressing.
