I did sneak a peak at the scale in my parents' bathroom and noticed I did gain some weight, but I didn’t get depressed or beat myself up for that, I simply allowed myself to enjoy the holiday and relax with my family. I also have been working on the emotional issues, the negative thinking of feeling that I can not lose the weight but I know I’ll be able to reach my goal after the holiday is over with, I know I've said this last year on New Year's resolutions but however with the wedding plans and with everything that's been going on put a lot of stress in me, but next year should be better, I plan on sticking with my goal to lose the weight, so I can feel much healthier and proud that I was able to do it without feeling despressed...
Remember the Holiday is a time of joy, connection, and love and definitely not a time to be on a diet. So, appreciate the delicious food served over the holidays! I'll be back after the holiday is over with...
