It is not even close to being any form of sex abuse & harassment this is, until someone aims to reach someone else's genitals or I like to call it the unforbidden area.
There's many kinds of huggings. I'm sure it was out of joy of happiness between friends. I mean, it's practically common among us. Heck I do hug my roommate and friend numerous times in a day. She is heck of a hugger!
