I have seen many errors like that, and they are very different from here in one aspect - they are STILL consistent with the general grammar rules of spoken language.
no hearing person will write, for example:
"It cause from lack of proper education".

The way hearing person makes grammar mistakes would be like:
"Enraged cow injures farmer with ax".
