Well, Lots of schools needs lot of rules if the kids can't stop hurting each other. So without rules how will they be able to help protect the kids if they don't have any rules? Rules were ment to help kids not to hurt themselves and other people. We have too many problems in any school deaf or hearing schools. We know that lots of schools always have problems such as gang violances, racism, bullies, sexual harassments and kids doing drugs and drinking.
