cheri.. the owner was not home when they tie the dog to the mailbox but it got loose again and kept terrorizing the lady with small dog. the dog almost bite her husband in face? close call. I dont blame them for trying to do something about the dog. i would call police and reported the dog and ask them to help to do something about the dog. terrorizing people or kids is big no no!
