I am sorry that this happened to you, Deafskeptic. The bank really violiated the privacy policies. Why dont u find out what their policies are regarding privacy and if they have them written in their contract with you, u can sue them for breach of confidentiality? Up to you but I would change banks and empasize the other bank that u DO NOT want your info shared with anyone including family members.
