Well, Liebling ~ I believe children should wait until they are 18. Underage or under the age of 18, children need to focus on education ( school ) first. Sex CAN wait and it doesn't hurt to wait. Children still live in the nest with their parents and they aren't flyin' out of the nest yet UNTIL they are 18.
