I know many people who are immigrants and they are hard working and proud to move toward becoming citizens. They do not like being bunched with the illegals.
The US needs to increase fees to reflect costs.
Assuming this information is correct, the rise in fees from approx. $100.00 in 91 to $700.00 in 2007(?) does not seem excessive - that is a 16, or so, year span.
The difference of $600.00 during a 16 year period equals an average of $37.50 per year increase in fees/costs. |
There's status of legal immigrant and illegal immigrant, it's widely to call like that.
In my opinion, increase the fees would increase more illegal immigrants and they are anywhere in USA.
I'm not pro or against on illegal immigrant, it's neutral for me.
