Immigrants are not Illegals
I know many people who are immigrants and they are hard working and proud to move toward becoming citizens. They do not like being bunched with the illegals.
The US needs to increase fees to reflect costs.

Assuming this information is correct, the rise in fees from approx. $100.00 in 91 to $700.00 in 2007(?) does not seem excessive - that is a 16, or so, year span.
The difference of $600.00 during a 16 year period equals an average of $37.50 per year increase in fees/costs.
