Hell no!
It depends on the driving conditions you drive in, how differently you drive, etc...
If all you do is drive long distance, that's nothing.
If you drive in rain, snow, ice, sleet, hail, fog, etc... through mud, gravel, curvy roads, mountains, hills, etc... through heavy traffic, light traffic, in reverse, curves, bumps, etc... all help you improve and become a better driver through experience.
