I read this article before. Seattle and San Diego should be on the list. Seattle drivers don't look over their shoulders when they change the lanes. They don't even turn the lights on during the rains. I've been to Seattle many times. My brother and his family live there. San Diego drivers are very impatient and hit 80mphs. They even make bad gestures daily. Sad.
