Thank you all for your support and thoughtful.
I went straight to the Vet after work yesterday. I feel hurt and

when I saw Kim suffering impression.
The Vet told me that Kim is very lucky to be survive and explained that if it's deep/severe open wound to affect ribs then she has to put sleep because of toxicity. She said that Kim's open wound is not bad, not too deep. She gave her shot to protect toxic and stitched her open wound together. It's 18 stitches and restored part of her ear together but just lost piece of her ear. She said that Kim is a strong cat and can defend herself good from attack. She lost few of her nails - it look like that she scratched dog real hard to defend her life.
I asked her how to train Kim as indoor cat like other 3 cats but Kim is one who is stubborn cat of all my cats. The vet explained that all the cats are not the same. Some cats like being indoor cats, some not. As long as we have fence and gate is safety for the pets. We have to keep trying to keep Kim as indoor cat and will allow her to stay outside at our property as long as we are at outside.
