Yes, It doesn't seem fair to me either, I'll love to help but I don't know where to begin, those program package for summer fun they don't get refund aides, so it makes it difficult for them to pay for extra costs like interpreters. You could bring that up at the Board of Education at your daughters school maybe they will in some-way help you with that issue. It's worth a try.
