If my guess is right, this is a VERY small private business. One individual teacher giving private skating lessons to a few students. If this is true, then I do not believe the ADA law will help or protect you as it would shut down that business. I don't have time to look up the relevant law and my comment above is just my common sense.....what a reasonable person would think and I am guessing the law is reasonable here, too.
I hope you can find a way to get assistance for your girl(s) if you cannot afford the interpreter yourself.
